lots of action the past month

as many of you may have noticed, there has been a 'flurry' of real estate action this past month. I'll have more defined numbers later this month however anecdotally, I have been writing offers for my buyers and receiving offers for my clients listings.

Sold signs are sprouting up and booking appointments for showings can be more of a challenge than say, 2 months ago.

Spring is truly here and there are interested buyers out there... nice to see.
