year of the deal..?
Is this year the year of the deal in BC? A lot of the pundits are saying all signs are pointing towards a bottoming then a slow recovery.
We have a number of positive trends here: a strong, multi-dimensional local economy, a continuing pattern of inflow of new migration into the province and a location/land mass which is second to none in the world. Of course, we have our many challenges. My job is to not be a cheerleader, however with all of the extreme negative reports coming out almost daily, it does become more of a challenge to find the positive during these turbulent times and being an overall positive by nature ....it's not my fault, I will try to find some light in the dark....
Year of the Deals
Outlook 2009: Bold buyers will find "screaming deals" as B.C. housing prices crater over the next year
