Are in for a housing market crash? Or a modest correction? What thinkest thou?

Thanks Keith, the link has been added.....very informative. I did have the blog as one of my personal blog links.....

My thoughts?

A crash? .....I think a correction was looming and on e could argue whether a correction was warranted. We are certainly in the middle of change. I'll let the pundits to their descriptive wording....

Looking at the numbers the past few months there is certainly a lot of repricing on existing listings, a large number of inventory staying on the market and a drop in sales.....so I suppose one could call it whatever one wishes to......

Personally, I have been busy with buyers and listings of my own.....this is a time where quality of service to your clients is most important. Like any business, It is easy to keep busy when the market is hot, it is a lot more challenging when things slow down.
Cheers, Ken
