2010 - Real Estate ~ a year in review

It's true 2010 was an interesting year for Real Estate...especially for us here in the Lower Mainland.

We saw price fluctuations, homes which were priced well, sat unsold for months while others found a sold sticker on the sign almost as quick as the sign was put in the ground.

Buyers remained active in our area and there were lots of choices to be had.

Langley is a very desirable place to raise your family. I met a few business owners during business functions looking to move their offices to our great communities.....

Rates remained very positive for most of us and look to stay that way for most of this year ..... now watch, I'll say that and be proven wrong by the BOC ~ oh, to have that crystal ball.


2011 looks to be another interesting year with most pundits and experts staying on the positive side of the ledger.

Let's just say it's always an interesting ride......
