Doing business during 'The Party' - is it possible?

....has been a very interesting week and a half so far.

It seems this little party we have been working hard to get ready to throw for the world, has somehow taken over our lives. In the old media (newspaper, radio, TV) and the new media (blogs, facebook, twitter, all of the social media ......etc) the pictures, the commentary, the sharing of our experiences seems almost unprecedented. It is a fascinating time to be alive and to be in the middle of all of this....

Should we be surprised? .....nah, think not. We are a passionate lot and the world has noticed. We are letting them into our world, our city, our nation and we are showing them who we really are..... I think we may even be surprising ourselves a little.

...and meanwhile the business of our lives must go on. We all have commitments....commitments to our families, our friends, our work.... ah yes, work.

During the past week I somehow have 'fit in' my clients haha ( you know who you are -cheers!) and have purchased and bought homes..... so even amongst this great party, there are active buyers and sellers. The day to day activities of our lives moves along .... get out and enjoy our party.
