Langley Real Estate Update Spring 2009
All signs are pointing towards a current active market right now on the entry level. Condos and Townhouses are seeing good action in both 'feet through the door' as well as offers and firmed up deals.
It is still a very 'funny' market. Deals are being written and need to be 'managed' right to the end. With weekly reports coming from government agencies, economists and all sources of media stating negative and now some postive numbers and projections, buyers are understandably cautious.
But I must say, I see sold prices which I have not seen for years. There are opportunities in each level of market waiting for those who are ready.
