Monday morning musings.....
@ the market seems to have picked up lately. Sold signs are sprouting up again here and there. 3 of my listings received offers this weekend had an offer accepted for a buyer client. All on the entry (condo/townhouse) level. The first time buyers are out there, as well as the downsizers......all good news.
@ the 'nucks continue to roll and it sure is a fun ride.....I believe I am fully on the wagon now, not just running beside with one hand on....
@ twitter is interesting....I must say. If you are business person, you need to have a look how the social media can help your business......
@ working on a 'makeover' of my brand.....to be rolled out soon...with a splash or with a slow evolve, havn't decided yet.
