Averages, averages....
During my college days at BCIT I was involved in a vigorous debate in an economics class discussing averages. In the middle of a very lively and multi point of view discussion, the instructor gave his opinion...... such as it was.....
"If you were to put one foot in a bucket of below freezing water and the other foot in hot, boiling water, on average you would be standing in luke warm water."
The reality: one foot lost to freezer-burn, the other foot lost to 3rd degree burns.
A story from the Financial Post: Volatile areas and house types skew averages.
Time to be a landlord?
Flying South: looking for opportunities?
