interesting stats coming out lately regarding sales in the valley. From my 'perch' it looks like a stabilizing of pricing which is good for the overall market. It seemed as if our first timers were being squeezed out of the market and/or overleveraging.
Still, buyers out there for single family homes as well as the detached types.......
