So what does that tell us.....? The BC economy is on fire and opportunities are there if we want. Imaginitive entreuprenuers (sic?) rule the day!
The housing market is leveling to some normalcy however later in the report, the following.......
"The BC average resale home price continues to rise and is approaching the $400K mark, pricing some potential homebuyers out of the market."
Our investment are increasing equity, however it seems not for everyone. A challenging time for sure.
