Spring ....? ...!

looks like spring is peeking around the corner here on the left coast...... we've had an eternal run of sunshine with today being the first day of wet stuff in it seems like weeks.

The market here in Langely is showing signs of being a Spring market...lots of action from buyers and more listings coming on market.

remember to take the time to slowwwww down and check out those new buds on the trees and the small green pokes pushing through the dirt....and for those still in Winter....your time will come.
